Vision

To develop youth leaders who establish a vision for their futures and create a strategy to accomplish their goals. Provide opportunity for socially responsible leadership and probity adhering to the highest ideals and principles of moral soundness as preparation for entrepreneurial opportunities.

Leader Requirements

Be in grades 10 through 12
Maintain “B” average
Demonstrate leadership capabilities
Wear attire approved by Academy to all meetings
Commit to complete participation in Saturday sessions, summer camp and events
Students and their parents must sign the participation agreement

Integrity Above Skill Leadership

Integrity Above Skill Leadership program is located in East Point Georgia. The primary objectives of the program is the promotion of “Probity” as we encourage and empower our youth to become better leaders and followers. Students receive the foundations of leadership, explore problem solving strategies, strategic thinking and develop a leadership development plan for themselves while establishing accountability measures, breaking the cycle of incarceration.

Integrity Above Skill Leadership program is projected to cultivate leadership through a unique approach that focuses on probity development, business acumen and academic excellence.
